As a Project Manager, he managed technical projects that used technology to improve security operations, using methods like Six Sigma and Lean for efficiency. Another project he led improved customer service and the work of Pharmacists in thousands of Pharmacies. The project cost around $25 million USD, but the benefits were estimated at approximately $100 million USD per year due to better processes, sales growth, and savings.
