The Singapore International Arbitration Centre put a temporary hold on the Kishore Biyani-led Future Retail’s Rs 24,713-crore deal to sell assets to Reliance Industries. Amazon.com Inc had invoked arbitration proceedings, alleging that Future’s sale of its assets to Reliance breached its contract with Amazon signed last year.
