The Ayush Mhatre-led India U19 cricket team is facing England in the first unofficial Youth Test match starting on Saturday, 12 July 2025, at Kent County Cricket Ground in Beckenham.

Toss Update

India U19 won the toss and opted to bat first in Beckenham.

Playing XIs

England U19: Jaydn Denly, Archie Vaughan, Hamza Shaikh(c), Rocky Flintoff, Ben Mayes, Thomas Rew(w), Ekansh Singh, Ralphie Albert, Jack Home, James Minto, Alex Green

India U19: Ayush Mhatre(c), Vaibhav Suryavanshi, Vihaan Malhotra, Maulyarajsinh Chavda, Rahul Kumar, Abhigyan Kundu(w), RS Ambrish, Mohamed Enaan, Deepesh Devendran, Henil Patel, Anmoljeet Singh

Ayush Mhatre's team is coming into this Test match after winning the five-match ODI series 3-2.

This is a four-day Test match which will be played till 15 July, 2025. The second Youth Test will start on 20 July at the County Ground, Chelmsford. Both sides will try to win this match and take a lead in the series.
