The need for flexibility in today's time is growing. People seek to function according to their comfort, work schedules or workspaces. Due to this, it is anticipated, and the growing statistics clearly show that in 2023 the growth of co-working/managed office spaces or flexible workspaces will be exponential. The nation's flexible office space market is also anticipated to expand from 5,000-6,000 co-working centres to 35,000-40,000 from 2022 to 2027. Co-working spaces bring plug-and-play spaces, involving no capital expenditure, giving flexible contract terms and further flexibility to upscale/downscale office spaces. All these aspects are contributing as the key factors driving the flex market growth in India. Owing to this growth, Stylework , founded by Sparsh Khandelwal, has emerged as one of the leading co-working space aggregators contributing to this growth.

Stylework is not just a discovery platform for co-working spaces. It is more than that. With its product CPS (Corporate Product Suite), the company enables B2B consumers with team sizes of 100-100,000 to explore, transact, and allocate their employees to multiple long-term or short-term memberships amongst flexible workspaces. The co-working space aggregator aims to open flexibility levels in workspace membership at a much deeper level. Their B2B SAAS marketplace model makes them very different from their competitors in the market. Intending to provide co-working at fingerprints, Stylework also has an application that eases the work. Through the app, one can access the option to directly book a free tour of any space across India, standardisation and safety measures, the flexibility of location and duration and even more community collaboration, including interaction, participation and user engagement.

Today, Stylework is a well-known name in the market; however, Sparsh, the Founder, has worked hard to reach it here. At 19, he tried working in a different field, but it became his first professional lesson, and he learned from it. At age 21, he had an epiphany about the power of shared economies and the potential for co-working spaces to propel global evolution. He saw a massive gap between supply and demand in the co-working space market. He also foresaw the need for flexible workplaces and co-working expanding over the next few years. This inspired him to develop an asset-light aggregation solution that would be the correct market fit at the ideal time for the industry around these flexible venues. Sparsh Khadelwal pursued this goal by concentrating on stacked loops, also visible in the Stylework logo. In addition, large CAPEX (Capital Expenditure) was an issue in the industry, so he decided to work after that. Eventually, after studying different co-working markets, including that of the USA, he came up with solutions to problems like cost reduction and productivity boost.

Over time, Stylework has gained much traction, and the team aims to expand itself more in the coming three to five years. The company's other plans include increasing its market penetration and share in India's Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 markets. The co-working spaces have different types of sellers, including brokers, sales teams and tech aggregators. The tech aggregators' share will see a jump from 5-7% to 40-45%, and in that TAM, Stylework aims to occupy the 15-18% market. In addition, by the conclusion of FY 2024–2025, they envision having over 25K locations/co-working spaces listed globally across 500+ cities, with 60–65% deeply linked with Stylework.
