Britney Spears won’t have to pay money to Asghari according to prenup agreement

As the pop icon and Sam Asghari navigate the complexities of ending their marital union, it has come to light that Spears will not be required to make financial payments to Asghari, thanks to the prenuptial arrangement they entered into prior to their marriage.

Britney Spears and Sam Asghari, have parted ways following a heated dispute marked by accusations of infidelity. In 2022, Spears executed a document that guaranteed Asghari would not have any entitlement to her substantial earnings accumulated over her decades-long music career during their marriage or in the event of a divorce.
According to their prenuptial agreement, singer Britney Spears will not be obligated to make any financial payments to her former husband, Sam Asghari. The prenup explicitly prohibits spousal support and ensures that Sam retains only the cars and gifts Britney gave him. Additionally, the agreement includes a strict confidentiality clause that prevents Sam from discussing their marriage publicly.
However, the situation took a more complex turn when Sam's attorney, Neal Hersh,  filed divorce papers that include a request for spousal support, challenging the terms of the prenup. Moreover, additional components within the divorce filing, particularly references to community and quasi-community property, also suggest a potential contestation of the prenuptial agreement.
If the prenuptial agreement is successfully contested, the confidentiality clause might become unenforceable. In a statement released online on Thursday, the model and fitness trainer Sam Asghari requested privacy, yet he implored the media to approach the situation with kindness and thoughtfulness.
