After graduating, Pareek's career took flight with a full-time position at the Lippe Taylor Group, an award-winning P.R. marketing agency in Manhattan's Financial District. Here, she worked on a plethora of design projects for renowned brands in skincare, pharma, and lifestyle, including Johnson & Johnson Vision, Alchemee, Neostrata, Coolsculpting, Botox, Jergens, Cetaphil, and Differin.

One standout project was her work on the Johnson & Johnson Vision campaign, "Sight for Kids," which marked its 20th year of providing free eyesight checkups to underprivileged children in underdeveloped countries. Pareek's impactful designs for this campaign were featured on the official website and social channels, showcasing her ability to blend creativity with social responsibility.

In the skincare realm, Pareek's contributions to Jergens' "A mom is a mom" Mother's Day campaign, featuring a perfume launch, garnered attention on platforms like "Drew Barrymore's show" and "The Talk." Her work with global skincare brand Cetaphil during sensitive skin awareness month also made waves, securing coverage on notable news channels.

Pareek's narrative extends to her current role as a visual designer at Crunch Fitness, an international gym chain that has consistently garnered accolades. Crunch's recognition in The Zor Awards by Franchise Times and its listing as #30 on Entrepreneur's Top Global Franchises list highlight its global impact.

Within the creative team at Crunch, Pareek has played a pivotal role in producing a diverse range of assets, from fun illustrations and motion graphics to email designs, social media marketing, and photoshoots slated for release in 2023 and 2024. Crunch's expansive reach, spanning 37 states and several countries, reflects the global scale of Pareek's creative contribution.

On the other hand, Enchate Accessories, a global leader in consumer product development, provided Pareek with an opportunity to showcase her design prowess. With offices across the world, including New Jersey, California, Canada, Mexico, Europe, China, and Hong Kong, Enchate entrusted Pareek with designing holiday skincare and beauty packaging sets for renowned brands such as Nicole Miller, Home Goods, Target, Burlington, TJ Maxx, Ross, Nautica, Bed Bath & Beyond, and Forever 21.

Pareek's role extended beyond design, as she successfully produced mockups for over 50 products and contributed to window display designs for presentation purposes. Her work for Enchate underscores her versatility and ability to thrive in diverse design landscapes.

Beyond her full-time engagements, Pareek has embraced freelancing, adding another layer to her multifaceted career. As an in-house visual designer for SUI Yoga Studio and Cafe in Manhattan's SoHo neighborhood, she orchestrates a visual symphony, planning and designing social media posts, posters, editing videos and photos, and creating illustrations.

Her stint with Light Alliance, a female-led film production company in Brooklyn, involved collaborating on projects with global impact, including partnerships with Netflix, Star Wars, The Last Jedi, Lexus, IFC, BBC America, Geico, JC Penny, BET Black Girls Rock, and more. Pareek's ability to seamlessly blend creativity with strategic visual communication shines through in her contributions to such influential projects.

Even worked on the Kenneth Quote T-shirt, Pronoun T-shirt design for Pride Month and other in-house assets.
