About The Author
Tenzin Dalha is a Research Fellow at the Tibet Policy Institute, Central Tibetan Administration. His research focuses on social media, Chinese cybersecurity policy, and digital surveillance affecting Tibetan communities. He holds an M.Phil. in Journalism and Communication from the University of Madras (2014) and has presented at leading national and international institutions, including Johns Hopkins University and the University of Westminster. His commentaries have appeared in The Diplomat, Taipei Times, Times of India, and Global-is-Asian, Bitter winter and Moden Diplomacy.
