After dropping out of college in the fourth year, Rahul set up Housing.com, which catered to those looking for some kind of housing. In a short time, Yadav’s company has overtaken other established e-commerce realty players and has spread from Mumbai to several cities and registered a turnover of Rs 1,500 crore. Yadav’s ambition is simple—to become the world’s largest company in his niche. To achieve this, he is putting together a team that requires little micro-management. “I give people a free hand but detailed feedback,” he says. He wants youngsters with innovative ideas at the helm of every important institution.
