Esha Deol Reacts To Dad Dharmendra's Kissing Scene In 'Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani': Papa Is Very Romantic By Nature

Dharmendra and Shabana Azmi who played long-lost lovers in Karan Johar's 'Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani' shared a kiss. The scene garnered immense chatter online. Esha Deol has now reacted to the most talked about scene in an interview. 

Reacting to her father's kissing scene in 'RRKPK', Esha Deol told Zoom, "There is a barrier or age for love or kissing—who said so? He is the coolest! He is so handsome. Papa, by nature, is very romantic; he will do his shayari and everything. He has always been that way. Shabana Ji is fantastic, and I have a huge soft spot for Jaya Aunty. Karan Johar is amazing; it was shot beautifully, and they are all professional actors."

When asked if she had watched the film, she said "No" and added,  "A lot of portions I couldn't watch like an audience member because I am his daughter; there were a lot of emotional scenes, and it wasn't easy, but I wanted to watch the film."

Earlier, during one of the interviews, Sunny Deol was also asked about his father's kissing scene to which he said that his father can 'carry off everything with humbleness, honesty'.

He told NDTV, “My dad can do anything and he’s the only actor I would say, who can carry it off. I didn't see it, I have heard about it. I have not watched the film. Filmein itni dekhta nahi hoon main (I don't watch films much). Main khud ki picture kayi baar nahi dekhta (I often don't watch my own films)."

Also, Hema Malini was asked about it at a book launch event. To which she replied, "I have not seen it'' and added, “I am sure people have loved the film. I am so happy for Dharam ji because he loves to be in front of the camera all the time. He loves it.”
