India's National Investigation Agency (NIA) is probing into the role of Tahawwur Rana in the 26/11 attacks carried out by Pakistan-based Lashkar-e-Taiba terrorists in 2008.
"This Court ought to have considered the differences in the American laws and the Indian laws, more particularly the provisions in the Indian Constitution," it said.
