"I have no regrets over the demolition of the disputed structure in Ayodhya. No force on earth can stop the Ram Mandir from being constructed at Ayodhya. Both the Hindus and Muslims should be made clearly understood that the temple will be constructed at the site where Lord Ram's idol is placed and no masjid will be allowed to be constructed," said former Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Kalyan Singh after the tabling of Liberhan report.

BJP leaders Atal Bihari Vajpayee, L K Advani and Murli Manohar Joshi have reportedly been indicted by a Commission of Inquiry which was set up 17 years ago to probe the demolition of Babri Masjid. A report in the Indian Express about the findings of the Commission, headed by Justice Liberhan, which was submitted to the government about five months ago, is believed to have called the top three BJP leaders as "pseudo-moderates" holding that Advani and Vajpayee cannot be absolved of their responsibility in the demolition of the disputed structure in Ayodhya on December 6, 1992.
