The various social activities undertaken by Abhinandan have touched the lives of more than two million people residing in the Delhi NCR region via basic education, vocational training, teacher training, digital literacy programmes and women entrepreneurs' initiatives. With the help of community participation, effective governance, and CSR implementation, Abhinandan has transformed itself into a successful case study of inclusive social development.
Continuing her education initiative, Manisha set up Junior Pathshala Pre-Nursery School in 2017, wherein she focused on child-centric teaching techniques that would help foster curiosity and creativity among children right from the beginning of their education.
In addition to the above ventures, her entrepreneurial activities also include SSS Creations, founded in 2022, which brings together creativity and livelihood creation.
