A major deal could be taking shape in Dehradun’s luxury hospitality market, with Chalet Hotels reportedly in advanced discussions to acquire Six Senses Vana for around INR 600 crore. The proposed transaction would bring one of India’s best-known wellness retreats into the K Raheja Corp-backed hotel company’s growing portfolio, as it continues to expand its presence across the premium and luxury hospitality segments.
The property is currently owned by Veer Singh, son of Max Group founder Analjit Singh, and is operated under the Six Senses brand. Analjit Singh had reportedly transferred the property to his son as part of a family succession and inheritance plan.
