World Water Day | Few can turn away from the shimmer and shine of a vast body of water, especially at these water tourism sites. It's promise of a cool breeze, and the temptation for a quick dip. Children beg their parents to go out onto it, be it in a boat or on an inflated tube.

When opportunities arise to get into a yacht, gondola, houseboat, shikara, paddleboat, jet-ski, or even an old ferry, hold on to the rail with both hands and soak in the sights.
