Speaking on India-Pakistan relations, Gandhi said Modi doesn't have 'a "deeply thought-out strategy" on Islamabad.
"But we are also there, so in case they come, we will face them."
The NDA government has been extensively focusing on ensuring indigenous production of military equipment and platforms under its Make in India initiative.
