Two residents of Kazachyi Luga, a tiny settlement in an island on the Irkut river in the Siberian city of Irkutsk, use a cableway pad to cross the river near Siberian city of Irkutsk, Russia. With no official crossing, residents tightened a rope from shore to shore and each of them has a collapsible cable car to leave the island and get back home.
