5. Blue Box Season 2 - Netflix (October 4)
Kouji Miura’s Blue Box recently concluded its five-year run in Weekly Shonen Jump, making Season 2 the franchise’s first major release since the manga’s finale. The anime continues Taiki and Chinatsu’s increasingly complicated romance, picking up after a dramatic first season that left Hina confronting her feelings while Taiki stays persistent to pursue Chinatsu.
Blue Box’s appeal lies in how naturally it combines heartfelt high school romance with competitive sports. As Taiki and Chinatsu pursue their athletic ambitions, their growing relationship adds another layer of emotion to their journey. Season 2 promises to push that romance further, roping in new challenges, emotional twists, and potentially major changes for the pair.
