The pitch looks good to bat on. There is a little grass and the surface is hard, so the ball will come to bat easily. No spin for the spinners and pacers have to rely on variations. The square boundaries are 60 metres each while the straight boundary is at 74 metres.

Kolkata Knight Riders have won the toss and have opted to bat

Kolkata Knight Riders (Playing XI): Philip Salt(w), Venkatesh Iyer, Shreyas Iyer(c), Rinku Singh, Angkrish Raghuvanshi, Andre Russell, Sunil Narine, Ramandeep Singh, Mitchell Starc, Harshit Rana, Varun Chakaravarthy.

Delhi Capitals (Playing XI): Prithvi Shaw, David Warner, Mitchell Marsh, Rishabh Pant(w/c), Tristan Stubbs, Axar Patel, Sumit Kumar, Rasikh Dar Salam, Anrich Nortje, Ishant Sharma, Khaleel Ahmed.

We would have batted first as well, could get a bit slower. It was nice to be back with the group, but I'm not thinking too far ahead. Thew bowlers did a great job, the fast bowlers, and we'd like them to do it once again. Not thinking about the team combination for the first two games, but we've had people working hard in the nets. We just need to keep doing the right things - one change, Mukesh is injured and he's replaced by Sumit.

We'll bat first. The wicket looks like a belter, no drastic change in the wicket when compared to the last game. It's been quite a journey, was a with Delhi and now with KKR, I'm comfortable with this switch. Anything can happen on a given day, it's important to stick to the process. We've Sunil (Narine) coming in and going after the bowlers in the first 6 overs, so his role is very clear and the rest know what's expected of them. One change - Angrish Raghuvanshi comes in.

KKR openers Phil Salt and Sunil Narine are at the crease as action gets underway in Vizag.

Sunil Narine and Phil Salt gave Kolkata Knight Riders a destructive start by going full-on attack mode. Narine, smashed 26 runs off Ishant Sharma's over as he continues to keep his fine form going with the bat. Salt, was dismissed by Anrich Nortje after the former was dropped by David Warner.

Sunil Narine is batting on 74 off 32 balls alongside youngster Angkrish Raghuvanshi (32) who have taken on the DC bowling to all corners of the park. With owner Shah Rukh Khan watching in the stands, the two have been belligerent and have entertained every individual including SRK himself!

With the dismissals of Angkrish Raghuvanshi (54) and Sunil Narine (85), DC have breathed a sigh of relief but with the arrival of Shreyas Iyer and Dre Russ, things could still go worse for the 'home' team.

KKR power-hitters Rinku Singh, Andre Russell are looking to end on a high and could look to break SRH's 277 feat.

Sunil Narine, Andre Russell, Rinku Singh and Angkrish Raghuvanshi were the catalyst for KKR in posting a massive 272/7 in 20 overs. SRH will be heaving a sigh of relief (pun intended) as DC's Anrich Nortje (3/59) and Ishant Sharma (2/43) did some late damage.

"I just wanted to watch the ball and react. I had worked in the nets for the last few weeks, just had fun watching Sunil play. Having watched the SRH match, nothing's a winning score, we'll have to bowl well. Bowl in the right channels and force them into mistakes."

DC have been jolted early with the wickets of Prithvi Shaw and Mitch Marsh inside the Power Play.

It's all going downhill for Delhi Capitals in Vizag with four wickets down in their pursuit of 272. After 5 overs, DC are 40-4.

After losing four wickets early on, skipper Rishabh Pant and Tristan Stubbs have brought some stability to DC innings with a 50-run stand. Pant and Stubbs will have to up the ante with the RR reaching 18.6 runs per over.

KKR - 272/7 (20)

DC - 166 (17.2)

We were just all over the place (with the ball), we could have done better, and it is one of those days I feel. As a batting unit, we talked about going hard (after the target) and that's how we approach these games because it is better to be all-out trying to go for the total than not chase it down. It was quite loud (the venue) and couldn't see the timer on the screen (talking about the non-DRS moments) and there was some issue with the screen as well, there are some things you can control and some you cannot control, you just need to go with the flow. Time to reflect better as a team, as an individual and come back strong in the next game. I am enjoying each and every day (talking about his fitness and comeback) and cricket has its own ups and downs, and at the same time you can try and give your best as an individual.

"Not changing too much, you need a bit of luck in T20 cricket, the games come quick and fast. But we've been winning games, 3-0, we've been good with both bat and ball, that counts the most. Nothing much was said before the game, you take in a bit of luck here and there, tonight we were clinical with both bat and ball. Nice to have them in the pocket (on dismissing both Warner and Marsh), but the big win was more wicket. He was fantastic tonight (on Vaibhav Arora), used the short ball well, we centre around mainly on conversations in the nets. They keep asking questions and tonight he was very good."

No, it it didn't to be honest, we thought we will reach 210-220 but 270 was an icing on the cake. I said in a pre-match interview that Sunny's job is to take us off to a good start, if he doesn't get us off, that's also okay. (On Raghuvanshi) He was fearless from ball one, his mindset is phenomenal, the way he played his shots were pleasing to the eye. It's great to see all the bowlers stepping up at the right time and capitalizing on the opportunities. (On Harshit Rana's injury) I also don't know, on the field he was holding his shoulder. I have been in that situation before. Vaibhav Arora took crucial wickets for us, he stood up for us tonight.

Cricket is all about batting, so to contribute with the bat is pleasing but I also enjoy my bowling. (On batting down the order with Abu Dhabi Knight Riders) We had sufficient batters, so opening was not needed then. At the end of the day, it is about what the team requires. Batting with Salt is good, he takes the pressure off me so it's good to bat with him. On a good wicket like that, we bowled well and were on the money, so a total team effort from us tonight.

A hatrick of wins for Kolkata Knight Riders but Delhi Capitals' morale should be dented after a 106-run defeat. Tune in tomorrow for GT vs PBKS, till then ciao!
