West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee on Thursday congratulated the winners after the first few hours of the Lok Sabha election results made amply clear that Narendra Modi was going return as the prime minister of the country.

Banerjee, however, didn't mention any party's name and tweeted, "Congratulations to the winners. But all losers are not losers. We have to do a complete review and then we will share our views with you all. Let the counting process be completed fully and the VVPATs matched.

The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP)-led NDA is currently leading on over 340 seats and has made huge inroads into the TMC citadel, West Bengal. The saffron party is holding on to its lead in 15 seats in West Bengal.
