PBKS Vs RR, IPL 2026: Dubey, Ferreira's Death Over Blitz Hand Punjab Kings Their First Defeat Of Season 

Rajasthan Royals defeated Punjab Kings by six wickets in their Indian Premier League match at the Maharaja Yadavendra Singh International Cricket Stadium on Tuesday, April 28. Invited to bat, opener Prabhsimran Singh scored 59 up front while Marcus Stoinis provided the final flourish with an unbeaten 62 off 22 balls as Punjab Kings posted 222 for 4. The Royals then put up a collective batting effort to overhaul the target with four balls to spare. Vaibhav Sooryavanshi scored 43 runs in 16 balls to give them the start which was taken forward by Yashasvi Jaiswal's 51. After a slowdown in the middle overs, Shubham Dubey (31) and Donovan Ferreira (52) stayed unbeaten to take RR over the finishing line. With this, PBKS' unbeaten streak in this season came to an end.
