The OC said the accused was arrested based on an FIR by a sub-inspector of the women's cell of the Nagaon Sadar Police Station.
According to a senior official of Lucknow Police, an inquiry has been ordered into the matter of the women police personnel posing with the Congress general secretary to see if there was any violation of service rules.
