Talking to reporters on the second day of his visit to Goa as part of the ruling BJP's initiative to create awareness about the farm laws, Javadekar said the actual situation is that farmers earn less for their produce while customers buy at a high price.

The Shiromani Akali Dal (SAD) on Thursday took out three separate farmer marches from the three religious Takhts in Punjab to Chandigarh. The marches are being led by SAD chief Sukhbir Singh Badal, Harsimrat Kaur Badal, Prem Singh Chandumajra and Daljit Singh Cheema.
