As they walked through the parking lot of an Islands restaurant, Kardashian, accompanied by Saint and one of his basketball teammates, encountered a group of photographers. Saint couldn't contain his laughter after flipping them off, prompting his mom to scold him briefly. She even reportedly shielded his face with her hand.
Saint seems to have taken a cue from his older sister, North, who famously made the same gesture during their family's Christmas card photoshoot in 2021. Kardashian herself shared this in season one of Hulu's The Kardashians, which is set to return on September 28. She commented, "They always cause a scene. No one ever gets along. Most of the photos I saw were unusable because North was sticking out her middle finger. It's days like this when I really just need to lock myself in a room by myself for a good 30 minutes. Yeah, it's a lot. Being a mom is quite a handful."

In addition to North and Saint, Kardashian is also a mother to her daughter Chicago and son Psalm, all of whom she shares with her ex-husband Kanye West.
By the way, Saint appears to be more sweet than salty overall. Kardashian once posted an Instagram Story for Mother's Day, where she shared a heartfelt message from her eldest son expressing his gratitude and affection towards her, despite occasional teasing. He professed, "Mom, I'm very grateful for you. I know I'm mean to you a lot. I say you're nothing to me, but you mean the world to me. I love you more than anything. You're my favorite in the family. I even love you more than my cute little brother, Psalm."
