Heavy Rain, Strong Winds Bring Floods To England And Wales
Heavy rain and strong winds have caused flooding in parts of England and Wales. River Delph and New Bedford River have flooded the surrounding areas in England and River Taff has caused flooding near Cardiff in Wales. Hundreds of houses were left without power and public transport was also disrupted.
