Indian men's hockey team led by the indomitable Harmanpreet Singh have beaten Japan 5-1 in the final to win the 22nd gold for India at the Asian Games 2023. Goals from Manpreet Singh (25), Harmanpreet Singh (32,59), Amit Rohidas (36) and Abhishek (48) was enough for the Indian hockey team to give their fourth gold medal at the Asian Games in hockey. Tanaka Seren (51) scored the only goal for a hapless Japan who could not withstand India's attack.
