The pitch has a green covering of grass. Will do a bit for the seamers. There will be a bit of sideways movement and a bit of bounce. Won't help much for the spinners. It will skid on nicely. Have to factor in the wind, few boundaries are short. We have just had 3 T20I games here and the average first innings score is 194 in those games. It will be interesting to see how Pakistan adapt to the pace and bounce but there are runs on offer at the University Oval. - Grant Elliot and Frankie McKay.
National anthems done and action gets underway. It's a 15-over game. Have to see how Pakistan strategise the opening overs against a potent Kiwi attack.
As the saying goes, 'Old habits die hard' - Pakistan, who were bowled out meagrely for 91 in the 1st game, continue with the same mistake, as Hasan Nawaz goes for the big shot, but his shot ends up in the hands of Mark Chapman as Kiwis strike first.

After the fall of Hasan Nawaz, the senior duo of Mohammad Haris and skipper Salman Ali Agha have carried the Pakistan momentum, with some boundaries off Jacob Duffy and Zakary Foulkes.
Mohammad Haris is the latest wicket to fall as New Zealand strike again to derail Pakistan's momentum. Haris was sent back by Ben Sears for 11 off 10 deliveries as the visitors lost their second wicket in Dunedin.

6, 4, 2 - Salman Ali Agha dispatched Jimmy Neesham for a six and a four as Pakistan fought back after their disastrous start in Dunedin. The visitors are going at 8 runs per over and will need few big overs, if they are to get to a big score.

Oh Pakistan! Ish Sodhi spins a web on the visiting batters, by snapping up two wickets in an over, to leave the Men In Green in tatters. It seems all the pressure will lie on Salman Ali Agha to steady the ship or else it will be curtains for the visitors.

PAK 52/4
Ish Sodhi first sends back Irfan Khan (11) after the Pakistan batter fails to read the ball as he goes for the hoik but fails to connect and send the ball straight into the opposition fielder. Soon after, Khushdil Shah (2) goes back as he fails to read Sodhi's wrong'un and after a successful DRS review, the Kiwis snap up their fourth wicket.
Pakistan have lost skipper Salman Ali Agha for a well-made 46(28) as the visitors lost their influential player. The all-rounder went for a big shot but ended up going in straight to Mark Chapman's hands.

Experienced all-rounder Shadab Khan 26(14) was latest to be dismissed by NZ as the hosts scalped the sixth Pakistan wicket. Jacob Duffy snapped up his second wicket as the hosts look to roll over their opponents under a reasonable score.

Two more wickets and Pakistan are in danger of being bowled under 130 or less. Jahandad Khan and Abdul Samad fell in the 13th over as the BlackCaps look to finish off the innings on a positive note.
A late blitzkrieg from Shaheen Shah Afridi (22 off 14 balls) has seen Pakistan set up a target of 136 for the BlackCaps in Dunedin. Earlier, Salman Ali Agha's 43 helped stable the ship for the visitors but he receive little support from the other end.

Brilliant start from the visitors as they do not allow any runs from the willow of Tim Seifert. Shaheen Shah Afridi was bang on the money as he did not allow any big shot off the Kiwi batter in their run-chase of 136.

New Zealand are off the blocks yet again, thanks to Tim Seifert's fireworks in Dunedin. The hosts are 50 up in four overs, and are in no mood to stop in their run-chase of 136. Shaheen Afridi was hit for two maximums off his second over.

Finn Allen, who blasted 4, 6, 6 - was then trapped by Jahandad Khan as the Men In Green scalped their second wicket. However, the BlackCaps are now in sight of victory and could wrap this up with few meaty blows.

Was great fun. Thought it could be a tricky wicket after the first over. Not too much conversations. Just backed our skills. Always playing for your team is a dream. You are playing with the world's best players. You need to know the way you want to play. You learn and get better. I dropped two catches in the firsy game. Was nervous on the field.
It was freezing. It was a good game compared to the last game. We batted better. Fielding was outstanding. Bowling in patches was good. The bounce we need to understand is different. After powerplay, we bowled well. Haris bowled well. We need to be better in the powerplay. As a batting unit, we need to have better powerplay. And same as a bowling unit as well.
Very good bowling performance. We bowled well into the wind. When the wicket has been under cover, there was extra bounce on it. The death bowlers bowled really well. We were happy at the half time. It was tough bowling into the wind. Tried to hit it into the wind. We have been playing some good cricket. The guys are hitting the ball well. The bowlers are hitting the right lines. It was pretty cold but hopefully we played some entertaining cricket.
