The EPPO is investigating possible fraud involving three Madrid–Seville railway contracts worth a combined €136.4 million.
The contracts cover train protection systems, railway switches, signalling and track circuit upgrades.
The investigation follows the deadly Urda and Adamuz train accidents, which killed 114 people combined.
