The reason for lack of entrepreneurial culture in Odisha: The peer group to support entrepreneurship doesn't exist, says Mukti Kanta Mishra.

When asked why Odisha doesn't have many entrepreneurs, Sukirti Patnaik, founder @IndulgeTheSalon says: "The reason is we first need to dream. We should start teaching about entrepreneurship in schools and colleges."

Business and entrepreneurship is not just about hard work, it's about building culture of risk taking, which is hugely lacking in most people, especially women, says Jagi Panda.

On being asked how do you reimagine Odisha, Archita Sahu says "Odia has so many natural resources and acting talents; Odia film industry should grow so that it can contribute to the state's economy."

Compared to the past, it is easier to make movies now. People can easily connect to the stars through social media. The reach of entertainment industry has also increased because of modern technology, says @babushaansai.

When asked how much blame bureaucrats should take for lack of development in Odisha, Aparajita Sarangi says 'politicians and bureaucrats are the two aspects of the same coin'.

To say that Odisha hasn't performed well in the last 20 years isn't correct, says former bureaucrat Jugal Kishore Mohapatra, Retired IAS.

"It is not that Odisha does not have the capacity or vision...We should be far more impatient if we want to move fast," he added.

The politicians and planners have developed a habit of blaming our predecessors. They haven't taken up the best of the past 60 years, says Panchanan Kanungo, Former Finance Minister, Odisha.

"We should try to focus on making Odisha the Germany of India", says Aparajita Sarangi.

Odisha to me is not just a geographical connotation, it's a land which has immense opportunities and possibilities, says @AprajitaSarangi, Former Bureaucrat and Politician.
