Jammu And Kashmir: Terrorists Kill Migrant Worker From Uttar Pradesh In Pulwama, 2nd Attack In 24 Hours

According to the J&K officials, the deceased migrant worker has been identified as Mukesh Singh. The incident took place in in Rajpora area of Pulwama district around 12.45 pm today.

In an unfortunate incident,  terrorists in Jammu and Kashmir's Pulwama killed a migrant worker hailing from Uttar Pradesh, police said. The area has reportedly been cordoned off.

According to the Kashmir Zone Police, "Terrorists fired upon one labourer identified as Mukesh of U.P in Tumchi Nowpora area of Pulwama, who later on succumbed to his injuries. Area cordoned off." 

According to the officials, the deceased migrant worker has been identified as Mukesh Singh.The incident took place in in Rajpora area of Pulwama district around 12.45 pm, police added.

Security forces have intensified the checking of vehicles and pedestrians in Pulwama and other parts of Jammu and Kashmir following the attacks.

Second attack in 24 hours

This was the second terror attack in the Kashmir Valley in the past 24 hours.

The first one was on Inspector Masroor Ahmad Wani in the Eidgah area of the city on Sunday.

Inspector Masroor Ahmad Wani was shot thrice while he was playing cricket with locals at the Eidgah ground.
