Bihar: 20-year-old Attacked More Than 100 Times With Knife, Body Discovered From Bushes

In a brutal incident, a 20-year-old man in Bihar was attacked more than a hundred times with a knife. Later, his body was found in the bushes.

It has been reported that the deceased, identified as Chintu, was a native of Sitamarhi city in the state.

According to the police, Chintu's body and face bore deep knife cuts.

All about the incident

The deceased had been missing from his house since Tuesday and his body was found by locals in the area on Wednesday, said police.

Meanwhile, Chintu's brother accused one Rama Mahato, his neighbour, of the murder. He said Chintu and Mahato got into an argument on Holi (March 8, 2023).

He also told  the police that Chintu got married a month ago and used to work as a scrap dealer.

Meanwhile, locals in the area blockaded the street in the wake of the incident.

Police said several routes to the area were restricted and the traffic had to be diverted.

Further, the police said they had registered the statement of the deceased's brother and that the accused would be arrested at the earliest.
