Halle Berry has spoken out about Drake's controversial use of her image on the cover of his newly released single, "Slime You Out."
Drake, in collaboration with SZA, dropped his latest track, which not only marks his first collaboration with the talented artist but also serves as the inaugural release from his upcoming album, "For All the Dogs." The single's cover features an image of Halle Berry being slimed during the 2012 Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Awards.

Earlier in the week, both Drake and SZA posted the same single cover on their respective Instagram accounts, tantalizing their followers with a teaser for their impending collaboration. Despite the anticipation, they refrained from disclosing specific details about the song's content or release date.

Halle Berry responded to the single's release by sharing a pink square on her Instagram, bearing the words, "Sometimes you have to be the bigger guy … even if you're a woman!" Within the comments section, a user known as "slicartist" inquired about the actress's thoughts on Drake's use of her photo for the single cover.

In a candid response, Berry stated, "Didn't get my permission. That's not cool. I thought better of him!" She subsequently posted another comment, elaborating, "Hence my post today. When people you admire disappoint you, you have to be the bigger person and move on."
Drake unveiled the impending release of the single during his tour stop in Austin, Texas, earlier in the week. Acknowledging the excitement of his fans, he decided to provide them with a sneak peek of hisalbum, slated for release on September 22, by dropping the single in advance.

"Slime You Out" isn't the only collaboration that SZA released on Friday. The talented singer also treated her fans to an acoustic rendition of her hit song, "Snooze." This version features Justin Bieber, who had recently starred in the music video for the original track.
