As 'Bigg Boss 17' is gearing up towards its finale, Salman Khan has decided to get honest with his contestants, especially Ankita Lokhande. She and her husband, Vicky Jain, have made the most headlines in the news ever since the start of the show, and mostly not for the right reasons. After previously making an appearance on the show, Vicky's mother, Rajani Jain, has passed off mean comments about her daughter-in-law, going as far as stating that Ankita was not the first choice of the family for Vicky.

Now, at the latest Weekend Ka Vaar, the crew of 'Bigg Boss' invited family members of the remaining contestants. From Vicky's side was his sister-in-law, Reshu Jain. Salman asked Reshu why Rajani Jain didn't come for this episode, to which Reshu claimed that she has not been keeping well and had kept a fast. The host joked and stated that because was hungry, she said what she said about Ankita last week.

Salman went on to ask Reshu about Rajani's statement against Vicky and Ankita's marriage. Reshu stated that the whole family was in favour of them. Ankita's mother, who was sat right next to Reshu, pitched in and exclaimed that she was shocked when Rajani made such a comment, adding that Ankita is the happiest when she goes to her in-law's place in Bilaspur.

Reshu stated that many relatives and neighbours were calling and asking about their fights on the show. Salman strongly said, "They are jealous, they are poking your mother-in-law and she is getting poked. If they say how Ankita entered such a 'big family', does she belong to a smaller family? No one knew your family. People in Bilaspur also probably don't know your family, but she's known all over India, even kids recognise her," adding that, "Tell her (Rajani) to eradicate them from her life; otherwise, she will be a very miserable woman."

Salman even mentioned that Ankita was offered to be a part of the show many times, but she refused and only agreed to be a part of it with Vicky.

The 'Tiger 3' actor also brought up the topic when Ankita's mother-in-law claimed that Vicky provides for Ankita financially and emotionally. He stated that Ankita does very well for herself, adding that, "If you want to marry an actor, of course, you will have to spend money, you will also have to deal with tantrums. But right now, your mother-in-law is throwing more tantrums than you and Ankita."

For those unversed, Ankita and Vicky, who tied the knot in 2021, have been in constant fights ever since they stepped foot in the 'Bigg Boss' house. Their fights on the show include Ankita playfully throwing a slipper at Vicky, and Vicky almost slapping Ankita on camera.
