Novak Djokovic pipped Jannik Sinner in a riveting semi-final clash of the Australian Open 2026 to secure a place in the 11th final of his career. The Serbian legend made a scintillating comeback from being a set down to thump the defending champion by 3-6, 6-3, 4-6, 6-4, 6-4. This match was a perfect example of Djokovic's class and resilience, which is what the legend is known for. It's his first victory over his Italian counterpart in over two years. He'll be up against the current world No.1, Carlos Alcaraz, in the final on February 1, 2026
