South Africa Vs New Zealand, T20 World Cup Semi-Final: Finn Allen Smashes Historic Ton to Power Kiwis Into Final
Finn Allen played a record-breaking knock of a 33-ball hundred to take New Zealand into the final by chasing 170 runs in just 12.5 overs. Tim Siefert also played a 33-ball 58 to complement Finn Allen and forged a 117-run opening stand to make short work of the chase. Earlier, after being invited to bat first, South Africa posted a competitive 169/8 in 20 overs on the back of Marco Jansen's valiant 55-ball not-out off 30 balls. Finn Allen was adjudged the 'Player of the Match' as he slammed the fastest T20I hundred in the history of the T20 World Cup.
