Off we go at the Sawai Mansingh Stadium. Shubman Gill and Sai Sudharsan are opening for Gujarat Titans, while the Rajathan Royals bowling will start with Jofra Archer. Sudharsan with the first strike.

Sai Sudharsan continues his rich vein of form, hitting Archer for a bounday on the square leg side and hitting another boundary off Theekshana. The Sri Lankan replies almost instantly, but Shimron Hetmyer drops a straight catch.

After Sudharsan's fast start, Shubman Gill hits the accelerator, hitting Yudhvir Singh for back-to-back boundaries before sending Jofra Archer for another four. Sudharsan ended the over with four more runs down the square boundary.

The Powerplay is done, and Sudharsan and Gill continue to rotate strike with ease, and fifty comes up in the sixth over. Sandeep Sharma has a big LBW shout in the last ball of the sixth over, but it is missing leg stumps.

Hasaranga delivers a googly on the back of a length, drifting across Sai Sudharsan's off-stump. Sudharsan quickly goes back, pulling it with force to the left of long-on. The fielder there makes a brilliant tumbling stop, then passes the ball to the oncoming fielder, who in turn sends it back to the keeper. Two runs awarded for the effort.

Buttler and Hasaranga’s over brings up a fifty partnership, with the England batter in full flow. First, a flighted delivery from Hasaranga, full and just outside off, allows Buttler to slice it inside-out, lofting it towards deep extra cover for a single.

Then, a poor half-tracker from Hasaranga is punished as Buttler rocks back, thumping it over deep midwicket for a massive six. With 24 runs off the over, Hasaranga’s figures take a hit, leaving him with 0/39 after his four overs.

Gill attempted a shot towards the straight side, but Sandeep Sharma tries to catch the ball, injuring his wrist in the process. The physios are on the field, and the umpire calls for a time out.

The bowler looks fit to continue his over after the break.

And there's the big wicket that Royals were looking for! Shubman Gill will be mighty disappointed that he failed to clear Theekshana's full-toss ball over the ropes, instead finding Riyan Parag at long-off. A fantastic captain's inning comes to an end.

Jofra Arche is having one of days tonight, failing to get his line and length right. Jos Buttler and Washington Sundar take full advantage, hitting two sixes and a four. The English now has figures of 0/36 in three overs.

Hetmyer makes amends! Washington Sundar tries to hit it big over mid off, but the ball catches its tail end. Three RR players circle in towards the ball, but Hetmyer, who covered a lot of ground, takes a terrific catch. GT lose two in quick succession.

Rahul Tewati goes cheaply, trying to flick Archer's delivery, but the batter completely misses with his swing and the ball hits the pad. GT review the decision of out, but ball tracking shows that the leg stump is hitting. The Englishman gets a bit of redemption.

Terrific running between the wickets, and Jos Buttler reaches his half-century from 26 balls. The Titans reach a total of 209. A difficult chase awaits the home side.

Yashasvi Jaiswal and Vaibhav Suryavanshi open the chase for the Rajasthan Royals, with Jaiswal having first strike. Mohammed Siraj begins the bowling for Gujarat.

Rashid Khan is the stand-in captain. Shubman Gill has been replaced by Ishant Sharma.

Vaibhav Suryavanshi looks every part like he is an elite player, hitting a massive 90m six off Siraj. 11 runs from the first over, providing the perfect start for the Royals.

What just happened there? Ishant Sharma had a perfect first delivery, and Jaiswal tried to go big with a pull shot, but gets a top edge and it goes way up in the air. Three fielders converge, but keeper Jos Buttler calls it. He seems to have judged it perfectly, but the ball falls in front of him, and ends up hitting his fingers and going down. Rajasthan survive a scare.

An excellent first over from Ishant, but what's that? A massive six off the last ball by Jaiswal. Buttler's miss might prove to be costly.

RR: 19/0 (2) - Need 191 runs to win

Rajasthan Royals are playing dangerously at the moment, but it's paying off. Fours and sixes are raining at the moment, with 41 runs off the last two overs.

Spare a tought for Ishant Sharma. He had Jaiswal dropped in his first over, and almost got Vaibhav now but it fell just short of Siraj. But none of it matters at the moment, and it's RR's show right now.

Royals are up and over the 50-run mark -- their fastest in IPL 2025.

Vaibhav Suryavanshi is exclusively dealing in boundaries at the moment, hitting two sixes and one four off Washington Sundar to reach his half-century in just 17 balls -- the fastest fifty in IPL 2025.

The RR batters are going after Prasidh Krishna, and on both sides of a tight over by Rashid Khan, Jaiswal hit back-to-back boundaries off the pacer. 100 up for Rajasthan in just eight overs, with a current run rate of more than 13. Suryavanshi finishes off with a six.

10 overs are gone, and Vaibhav Suryavanshi is hitting the ball all over the park at the moment. Pace, spin -- the 14-year-old is swinging his bat and connecting with the middle at whatever Gujarat are throwing at him. Incredible innings so far. Will he reach his century?

THIRTY run from Karim Janat's first over. Thre fours, three sixes. Wow.

And it's a historic century for Vaibhav Suryavanshi, from just 35 balls! That's the second-fastest century in IPL history (behind a certain Chris Gayle). Incredible is an understatement.

Finally! A fantastic yorker from Prasidh Krishna takes out Vaibhav Suryavanshi's stumps, but it's a historic innings. The RR dugout gives him a standing ovation, and every single Gujarat player congratulates the youngster.

Two quick wickets for the Titans, and Nitish Rana goes quickly after attempting and failing at a sweep shot.

Riyan Parag kept up the lightning pace that Vaibhav Suryavanshi left at, and 29 runs off the final two overs hand Rajasthan Royals an eight-wicket victory with 25 balls to spare.

This is the second-highest successful run chase at the Sawai Mansingh Stadium.

Hardly the most surprising decision as Vaibhav Suryavanshi collects the Player of the Match award.
