Supporters of Flávio Bolsonaro and incumbent Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva celebrated as both candidates advanced to the run-off in Brazil’s presidential election. Bolsonaro led with 47.03% of the vote against Lula’s 45.16%, with the deciding round scheduled for October 25.
