As India pay tributes to victims of dastardly 26/11 Mumbai terror attacks, industrialist Ratan Tata shared an "painful" message on social media to hail the indomitable Indian sipirit.
"A lot has been said about the tragedy of 26/11. The memory of the carnage and loss of life, is still painful. We won't forget the needless suffering caused across the city. But we remain proud of the spirit and the sense of unity of Mumbai. We can be hurt, but not knocked out," he wrote.
In his profound message, Tata used the line -- "We can be hurt but we cannot be knocked down" -- which he had said while reopening Taj Mahal Hotel after the attack.

The message, shared on both Twitter and Instagram platforms, has been well received.
Anand Mahindra also took on Twitter, saying "On 26/11 there is no other subject to tweet about. We remember their battle; we remember their courage; we remember our debt to our heroes..."
At least 166 people, including foreigners, were killed when 10 Lashkar-e-Taiba terrorists attacked five major sites in Mumbai 11 years ago.
Tata, Chairman Emeritus of Tata Sons, joined Instagram last month. And in less than a day, the industrialist garnered over 284,000 followers.
The first post from the 81-year-old businessman, who has not been very active on social media since March, gained nearly 85,000 followers within no time.

"I don’t know about breaking the internet, but I am so excited to join all of you on Instagram (ratantata)! After a long absence from public life, I look forward to exchanging stories and creating something special with such a diverse community!" he wrote.
