'Corporates With Vested Interests Are Circulating Statements Related To An Ongoi

The statements that are being circulated in public are matters of ongoing trials. These matters are sub-judice before the Hon'ble Court and in order to uphold the dignity of the Hon'ble Court we refrain from making any comments or responding at this stage. We express our concern on the media publishing content on matters seized by the courts and in this behalf urge them to apply restraint.

Corporates with vested interests are circulating statements related to an ongoing trial, unverified transcripts, white papers and other documents with questionable authenticity. The whole exercise quite clearly is to divert attention from the real issues.

For the record, it is stated that right context of conversation can be established only when the statement is looked at in totality.
