The 14th edition of FIH Men's Hockey World Cup will officially start with a glittering Opening Ceremony on Tuesday (November 27), a day before the first match-day, at the Kalinga Stadium, Bhubaneswar, Odisha.

World's top 16 teams, including defending champions Australia, Olympic champions Argentina and most successful team Pakistan will compete in the 19-day tournament.

The tournament will be available on TV in a record 194 countries, which according to the International Hockey Federation (FIH) is a 150% increase from the 104 event. The FIH roped in 30 broadcasters with host broadcasting rights to Star Sports.
