UAE Vs Kuwait Highlights, FIFA Arab Cup: UAE Beat KWT 3–1 To Book Quarter-Final Spot

Good evening and welcome, everyone. The FIFA Arab Cup is now into its last day of group-stage action, with two quarter-final slots remaining. In the first of four encounters, UAE will lock horns with Kuwait in Group C. Stay with us for the build-up and live updates.

The match will kick off at 8pm IST. The United Arab Emirates vs Kuwait, FIFA Arab Cup clash will be live streamed on the Alkass Sports YouTube channel in India. It will not be telecast on any TV channel in the country.

Jordan are already through to the quarter-finals with six perfect points from two games. Egypt are second with two points, while UAE and Kuwait have one apiece. With only two teams advancing to the knockouts, it's a three-way fight between Egypt, UAE and Kuwait for that second slot.

As mentioned earlier, Egypt will take on Jordan, also at 8pm IST. Should the Pharaohs win, they will advance to the quarter-finals, regardless of the result of the UAE vs Kuwait match. But any other result would mean wither UAE or Kuwait can overtake them to the second spot, with a win tonight.

GOOOOOOAL KUWAIT! The stadium suddenly bursts alive in the 60th minute! A dead-ball delivery from the right by Mohammad Daham swings dangerously into the crowd, and Fahad Al-Hajeri rises with perfect timing. He barely glances it, the back of his head doing the job, and the ball zips straight into the bottom corner. Out of nowhere, Kuwait are right back in it.

GOOOOOAL UAE! What a strike in the 66th minute, pure class. Ali Saleh snaps into the recovery, slips it to Nicolás Giménez, and suddenly the pitch opens up for him. He drives forward, picks his spot, and unleashes a thunderbolt that screams into the top-right corner. The Kuwait keeper stretches full length, but there’s no getting anywhere near that. A stunning answer, and UAE restore their cushion in style.

Late change in the 89th minute as Jumah M. comes on for Caio Lucas, fresh legs ready to see out the game and keep UAE’s momentum rolling toward full-time.

United Arab Emirates edged Kuwait 3–1 to finish second in Group C and secure a quarter-final spot. Yahya Al Ghassani’s double and Nicolás Giménez’s strike sealed the win, keeping UAE in control and ready for the knockout stage.
