Their QF clash against Palestine was a hard fought contest, stretching to extra time. Midfielder Mohammed Kanno ultimately sealed the 2-1 victory, sending Saudi Arabia to the semi-finals on the back of a resilient performance at the death.
The Nashama of Jordan defied expectations by completing a perfect Group C run, securing three victories against the UAE, Kuwait, which included a statement 3-0 win over Egypt.
They topped the group with a 100% win record. Their QF meeting against Iraq was a tense affair, where an Ali Olwan penalty secured a resilient 1-0 victory, booking their surprising semi-final place.

Jordan only need to hold on to the ball with calm like they have been doing this whole game.
And the full-time whistle goes off and it's Jordan, whose fairytale run in the FIFA Arab Cup 2025 continues as they shock the Green Falcons to enter the final.
It was yet another spirited performance from them, solid at the back and strong with their tackles. They deserved this win tonight for sure.
After suffering defeats in the semi-finale, UAE and Saudi Arabia will fighting for the only gettable thing left for them -- the 3rd place. The Emiratis were thrashed one-sidedly by Morocco (3-0) and the Green Falcons were shown the exit door with a narrow 1-0 defeat.
Thursday, 18th December at the Lusail Stadium, either of Morocco or Jordan will become Arab champions.
The Chivalrous ones are unbeaten in the tournament while the Moroccans have lost only once. Perfect recipe for the finale.
The FIFA Intercontinental Cup final will see European champions PSG take on South American giants Flamengo. The battle is scheduled for Wednesday, December 17, 2025, at the Ahmad Bin Ali Stadium in Al Rayyan, Qatar.
