The 8:30 PM fixtures have kicked off across England. Stay tuned for live updates from the four matches we will be covering play-by-play in our live blog right here.
The first real chance of the evening and it falls to Liverpool. Gakpo finds himself in the box, showing his strength against the defenders before laying it off for Mac Allister. The Argentine has a powerful swipe, but it's saved heroically by Anderson on the line.
West Ham are really making most of their recent purple patch, and the Hammers are ahead at Dean Court. It's veteran striker Callum Wilson who gives his side the lead. Areola's clearance turned into a terrific ball towards the Bournemouth half, and Wilson received it with his chest before firing a piledriver from some distance. Petrovic had absolutely no chance.
Brighton, who have dominated the match – with Minteh being the best player on the pitch – were almost shocked by Brentford with a quick break. Igor Thiago beat Verbruggen to put the ball into the back of the net, but his celebration is cut short as the flag goes up for offside.
Brentford's pressure beats fruit as they have a chance to take the lead from the spot after a foul in the box by Baleba against Ouattara. Igor Thiago steps up to take the penalty and fires it past Verbruggen to give his side the lead.
Completely out of the blue, Nottingham Forest have taken the lead at Anfield. A corner is floated into the box and Liverpool fail to clear the danger. It falls to Murillo, who takes an excellent first touch before firing a rocket past Alisson. Slot is not happy with the refereeing.
Wilson gets his second goal of the night, and West Ham have a two-goal lead at Dean Court. The 33-year-old is on fire, showing excellent finishing to beat Petrovic yet again.
In the other match between Liverpool and Nottingham Forest, Igor Jesus he had doubled the visitors' lead after finding the back of the net. However, the referee signals hand-ball after the ball flicked against his sleeve. Very harsh call from the official.
It's half-time in all the 8:30 PM fixtures, and the scorelines look like this at the break:
Liverpool 0-1 Nottingham Forest (Murillo 33')
Fulham 0-0 Sunderland
Bournemouth 0-2 West Ham (Wilson 11' 35')
Brighton 0-1 Brentford (Thiago 28')
Wolves 0-0 Crystal Palace
The second half is underway in the 8:30 PM Goal Rush fixtures. Stay tuned for live updates from the second 45 minutes.
How about that for a start to the second half?! Barely 40 minutes in, and Nottingham Forest double their lead. Excellent work by Williams on the left flank and he outmuscles his marker and then cuts it back towards the middle, where Savona is there to finish it first time past Alisson.
An excellent chance for the home side to find the equaliser, and it's the skipper Welbeck with the chance. The 34-year-old cuts inside with the ball and has a shot, but it flies way over the crossbar.
The ball hits the arm of Kilman in the box while attempting a sliding tackle, and Bournemouth have a penalty! Tavernier steps up to take the spot kick, and he sends Areola the wrong way to cut down the deficit to just one.
Brighton finally get the equaliser that they were searching for, and who else but Welbeck to get the goal. Minteh found the Englishman in the box with an inch-perfect pass, and the latter beats his marker and shoots past Kelleher to level the match.
Game, set, and match for Bournemouth! It was excellent play from Hutchinson, completely outmuscling his marker to cut inside on his left foot and have a go at goal. Alisson pulls out a cracking save but can only parry it towards the middle of the box, where Gibbs-White, completely unmarked, finds the back of the net for his third goal in as many appearances.
Bournemouth pull off the comeback, and it's the substitute Enes Unal, who came on just a minute ago, who finds the equaliser. Nice work from Senesi, who played a smart pass into the Turk's feet, who went past Kilman and then dinked it over Areola.
In a game that looked like it was heading towards a stalemate, Fulham find the late push to grab the lead through Jimenez. The Cottagers were piling on the pressure, and it bears fruit as Chuwkueze found Jimenez with an excellent cutback, and the Mexican has the easiest of finishes to beat the goalkeeper.
Academy hero Hinshelwood is the hero as he gives Brighton the lead with just over five minutes left to play in regulation time. Minutes after Thiago almost gave Brentford the lead, it's the home side who push forward. Minteh saw his initial effort blocked by the defence, but Hinshelwood was there on the follow-up to beat Kelleher.
Another penalty in favour of Brentford, with De Cuyper the guilty party this time. Igor Thiago stepped up to the spot again look to add to his tally, but his shot is saved by Verbruggen, who will surely win his side all three points now.
It's all over in all the 8:30 PM Goal Rush fixtures, and this is what the scorelines look like at the final whistle:
Liverpool 0-3 Nottingham Forest (Murillo 33', Savona 46', Gibbs-White 78')
Fulham 1-0 Sunderland (Jimenez 84')
Bournemouth 2-2 West Ham (Tavernier 69'P, Unal 81'; Wilson 11' 35')
Brighton 2-1 Brentford (Welbeck 71, Hinshelwood 84'; Thiago 28'P)
Wolves 0-2 Crystal Palace (Munoz 63', Pino 69')
