Hello and welcome to the live coverage of the second day of the second Test between Pakistan and South Africa at Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium on Tuesday (October 21, 2025). PAK captain Shan Masood won the toss and opted to bat as the hosts ended day one at 259/5. At stumps, Pakistan had Saud Shakeel (42 not out) and Salman Agha (10 not out) batting at the crease.
For South Africa, spinners Keshav Maharaj and Simon Harmer picked up a couple of wickets each.
The hosts lead the series 1-0 and are eyeing a 2-0 sweep, with the Proteas eager to level it instead with a victory in the final Test.
