In Photos: Syrian's Protest Against High Fuel Prices

Protests spread across Syria after the government sharply raised fuel prices, including a 40 per cent increase in diesel and hikes in petrol prices. Demonstrators burned tyres, blocked highways and disrupted oil tanker routes, voicing anger over rising living costs and demanding the rollback of the price increases.
