The three-day academic gathering featured an impressive mix of plenary lectures, panel discussions, presidential sessions, technical paper presentations and international ICA initiatives. Scholars explored a wide range of issues, including digital inequalities, algorithmic bias, artificial intelligence, media representation, gender justice, climate communication, indigenous knowledge systems, public policy, platform governance and communication for social change. More than a hundred research papers were presented across parallel sessions, reflecting the growing diversity and interdisciplinarity of communication research in South Asia.
