Felipe Lobo and Kulabdam’s bantamweight Muay Thai clash is on September 5, 2025
Lobo vs Kulabdam is the main event of ONE Friday Fights 123
Co-main event has Dedduanglek Wankhongohm MBK vs Buakhiao Por Paoin
The world’s largest martial arts organization returns to the iconic Lumpinee Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand, on September 5 for another explosive installment of its weekly event series.
ONE Friday Fights 123 will broadcast live from the legendary venue in Asia primetime. There, 22 athletes will vie for a life-changing US$100,000 contract and a spot on ONE Championship’s main roster. Two already-contracted stars will also feature on the card — and the stakes are high.
In the bantamweight Muay Thai main event, contracted Brazilian striker Felipe “Demolition Man” Lobo puts his elite skills to the test against dangerous Thai knockout artist “Left Meteorite” Kulabdam Sor Jor Piek Uthai.
Number-three ranked Lobo is looking to maintain his position in the top five and inch closer to ONE Bantamweight Muay Thai World Champion and former tormentor Nabil Anane. To do that, he’ll have to overcome a ferocious puncher in Kulabdam.
“Left Meteorite” was once part of ONE Championship’s global roster. Now he wants to prove he still has what it takes to compete at the highest level by defeating Lobo and earning another contract with the promotion.
The co-main event showcases contracted Thai star Dedduanglek Wankhongohm MBK against determined challenger Buakhiao Por Paoin in a 138-pound Muay Thai battle.
At just 22, Dedduanglek has already carved an extraordinary path through the sport. The Road to ONE: Thailand winner defeated ONE veteran Taiki Naito twice. However, he’s come up on hard times and dropped his last three bouts.
A win over Buakhiao would prove he’s still worthy to reach the elite of ONE — but it won’t come easily. Buakhiao won his last four fights, and another victory over an already-contracted star could bag him his own life-changing six-figure deal.
In a compelling flyweight Muay Thai featured bout, Thai veteran Donking Yotharakmuaythai faces off against teenage Russian prodigy Rustam “Tomahawk” Yunusov.
The 24-year-old Donking brings a wealth of experience from his time competing in ONE Friday Fights. Aside from a lone loss against Yodlekpet Or Atchariya, he’s been blemish-free in the series.
Yunusov, on the other hand, is undefeated on the platform and will look to bolster his reputation as a hard-hitting puncher with a win over his Thai foe.
The card features an intriguing Muay Thai rematch at 110 pounds between Chabakaew Sor KanJanchai and Gusjung Fairtex. In their first encounter, Chabakaew emerged victorious with a third-round knockout, but both 19-year-old fighters have continued evolving their games since that clash.
International talent shines throughout the card, highlighted by Japanese actor Eisaku “Speed Actor” Ogasawara facing Thailand’s Sanit Lookthamsuea in a 129-pound Muay Thai clash. The 29-year-old Ogasawara, an ISKA Kickboxing World Champion who studied acting at university and has appeared in TV dramas and movies, brings his entertaining style from screen to ring.
The evening kicks off with compelling MMA action as Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu-trained Moises “Lion King” Lois Ilogon meets China’s undefeated Linbo Bai in strawweight competition, setting the stage for an explosive night of martial arts action.
