Australia women won the second T20I match by 6 wickets against India and Ellyse Perry along with Phoebe Litchfield played crucial cameos in the end to level the series. Perry hit the winning six on Shreyanka Patil's last delivery of the 19th over. Patil finished her spell with bowling figures (4-0-40-1) in the match.
Patil took on X to share her thoughts as she congratulated Perry for her 300th international appearance and said she started the day in the hope of getting her out but ended the day with being hit for a six to finish the game. She also tagged Perry and mentioned her as GOAT (Greatest Of All Time).

Ellyse Perry, coming at no. 4 made 34 runs not out off 21 balls including three fours and two sixes. Phoebe Litchfield also supported her with an unbeaten 18 runs off 12 balls. The duo helped Australia chase down the 131-run target easily with six balls and as many wickets remaining. With this win, Australia levelled the three-match series 1-1.

The 33-year-old Ellyse Perry is one of the most celebrated cricket players of the Australian women's team. Apart from being a good striker of the ball, she is an upfront fast bowler as well. She is the only player to represent Australia in Cricket and Football World Cups.
