Workers Celebrate BJP Victory In Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Manipur and Goa
Workers of the Bharatiya Janata Party took to streets to celebrate as the party appeared set to retain power in Uttar Pradesh with the party-led alliance leading on over 250 seats. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath is headed to a landslide victory in Gorakhpur Urban where he was leading with around 31,000 votes as per latest updates from the Election Commission.
The Samajwadi Party-led alliance is leading on 139 seats and is well short of the majority mark of 202.
