Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath handed out appointment letters to 393 newly appointed homeopathic pharmacists on Monday in Lucknow.
Adityanath after the distribution of the appointment letters said, "I congratulate all the newly appointed homeopathic pharmacists on their transparent and fair selection."
The UP CM also claimed that India has made huge progress in the field of traditional medicine over the last 9.5 years of Prime Minister Narendra Modi's rule. He further said, "In the last 9.5 years, under the leadership of PM Modi, India's journey is progressing brilliantly and the pandemic is an example of that."
Adityanath then spoke about the history of Indian traditional medicine, Ayurveda, and how it has been followed by people in the country for several ages.
