Toxic Winter Smog Chokes Delhi-NCR; AQI Hits 'Severe' Limits

Delhi and the NCR are once again engulfed in hazardous smog, with PM2.5 levels breaching 400 µg/m³ and the AQI climbing past 400 in many zones. Stubble burning, industrial emissions, and calm winds are fueling this dangerous air crisis as workers spray defoaming chemical in the Yamuna River to reduce the toxic foam.
